What haircut did you have in this video my hair is around the same length but it’s completely blunt

I have thick wavy/curly hair and when I try to do a blow out it slowly starts to frizz and turn wavy is there something I can do? Because I usually just end up straightening my hair and it doesn’t give the same look haha
